What you give us:

Please do not write health data, card or account numbers, or copies of documents in the chat or forms.

What is collected automatically when you visit:

• Your approximate country, based on your internet address, to show the site in your language.
• The pages you see, how far you scroll, the forms you send, your type of device and browser, and which ad or page you came from. This is measured with Google Analytics, only if you accept (see section 7).
• Technical connection logs, which we use for security and to fix problems.

If you leave us your details, we keep in our customer system what you are looking for, a summary of your conversation and the properties that interest you.

We do not use your data for anything different without telling you first.

The chat is handled by artificial intelligence, not a person. What you write is sent to Anthropic or Google to generate the reply. If you give your email or phone in the chat, our system creates your customer record with those details and a summary of the conversation, so an advisor can contact you.

Chat replies are general guidance. They are not legal or investment advice and may contain errors. Confirm them with a professional.

Our system also gives each contact an automatic interest score, to help organize the work. It is based on data such as what you are looking for, your budget and your timeline. The score decides nothing that legally affects you. It is calculated automatically and we review how it works once a year, without looking at each case. You can object to it and ask for a person to look at your case.

We do not sell your data or share it for other companies’ advertising. We only share it with:

If you want to move forward with a property, we share the necessary data with those involved in the transaction, such as the owner, their agent or the lawyer, and we tell you first.

We work from Panama, but several providers are in other countries, mainly the United States. Your data leaves your country because it is needed to handle what you asked for, or with your consent. We also rely on each provider’s data protection terms. You can ask us for more detail.

When you arrive you can accept or reject measurement cookies, just as easily, and change your mind at any time under "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of each page. We also respect your browser’s privacy signal (Global Privacy Control).

When the period ends, we delete the data or change it so it no longer identifies you.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we have about you and what we do with it.
• Correct wrong data.
• Delete your data.
• Stop using it if you object, especially for advertising and automatic scoring.
• Give you your data in an easy-to-use file.
• Withdraw your permission at any time. It is as easy as giving it, and does not affect what was done before.
• Have a person review a decision made automatically.

How long it takes: we correct or delete within 5 business days at most, and answer everything else within 10 business days at most. If a law requires us to keep something and we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why.

This policy follows Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

This site is for people over 18. We do not seek data from minors. If you think a minor gave us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

We use a secure connection and limit access to data to those who need it for their work. No site is one hundred percent secure. If a security problem puts your data at risk, we will immediately notify the relevant authorities and the people affected.

We review this policy at least once a year. If something important changes, we announce it on the site and update the date above.
