Lucero Homes Golf & Country Club is a residential community in Alto Boquete, bordering the town of Boquete — designed for a lifestyle where well-being and recreation come together: an 18-hole championship golf course, clay tennis courts, a restaurant, and a pool with a modern deck.

Phase 1 has 28 available lots, priced from $609,194 to $1,260,274, with homes ranging from 250 to 450 sqm on lots of roughly 1,000 to 5,300 sqm.

Four signature models have their own layout: Heliconia (350 sqm, from $815,970), Hortensia (334 sqm, from $983,274), Ave del Paraíso (325 sqm, from $662,800), and Peace Lily (340 sqm, from $786,360). Remaining lots can be built out in generic sizes (250 to 450 sqm) chosen by the buyer.

Any of these lots, even the most affordable in Phase 1 ($609,194), clears Panama's Qualified Investor Visa threshold with comfortable margin: permanent residency for anyone investing a minimum of $300,000 in real estate, with funds from abroad deposited in a trust managed by a licensed fiduciary entity in Panama. It's the fastest immigration category in the country, with processing taking just 30 to 60 days from application to approval.

Alto Boquete sits in the Chiriquí highlands, at roughly 1,200 meters above sea level, surrounded by coffee farms — the area Panamanians call "the eternal spring" for its stable temperatures, between 12°C and 22°C year-round. That blend of mild climate and mountain scenery is why thousands of expats and retirees have made Boquete home.

The region is also the world capital of Geisha coffee: Hacienda La Esmeralda, one of the local farms, sold its coffee for $10,005 a pound at auction — an all-time record in coffee history. To the west rises Volcán Barú, at 3,475 meters Panama's highest point, inside a national park where quetzals can be spotted along the trail that bears their name. The area also offers golf, tennis, canopy tours, horseback riding, rafting, and hiking — much of it just a short drive from Lucero's own 18-hole golf course and clay tennis courts.

For healthcare, Boquete has Clínica Especializada Boquete (24-hour general medical care, Av. A Este, Bajo Boquete) and the Centro de Salud Materno Infantil, with pediatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, dentistry, nursing, psychology, health education, and early childhood stimulation services, plus other clinics such as San Juan Bautista, Centro Integral de la Salud, and Policlínica Básica Dr. Ernesto Pérez Balladares. For more complex care, the city of David is about 30 minutes away and is home to Hospital Regional Dr. Rafael Hernández L. (public) and the private Mae Lewis and Hospital Chiriquí, the latter with more than 140 doctors and specialists on staff.

For education, Boquete has Academia Internacional Boquete, a bilingual, STEAM-focused school from preschool through secondary (ages 4 to 18), and Colegio Bilingüe Buen Pastor, from maternal through high school with a curriculum grounded in Christian principles — among a total of 17 educational centers listed in the area, ranging from public community schools to private bilingual academies. The nearest university is Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí (UNACHI), in David — about the same 30-minute drive as the regional hospitals.

Downtown Bajo Boquete — the social and commercial heart of the town — concentrates banks, ATMs, pharmacies, supermarkets (including large chains like Romero), craft and clothing shops, and a quality public market for fresh produce and grains at accessible prices, along with a wide range of restaurants and cafés — from affordable options like El Sabrosón, with dishes under $5, to more elaborate international fare. The area is also a must for coffee tours, which run through cloud-forest farms to nearby waterfalls, reinforcing Boquete's long-standing status as one of the world's great specialty-coffee destinations, home to the record-setting Geisha variety.

"A Thousands Stars, One Lucero" — the project's tagline.
