Andrómeda — "The Sea, Your Home" — is a beachfront residential community in Pedasí, on the Azuero Peninsula, with duplexes, single-family homes, and beachfront villas built around a central amenity area with a pool, steps from the sand. The masterplan spreads the lots across several sectors (Puerta Azul, Primavera, Phase 2, and Ocean Avenue, among others) connected by a main road that winds from the beachfront back toward the forest, leaving much of the land as green, tree-covered space around the homes.

Duplexes start at $330,000: 150 sqm (1,615 sqft) built, with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms depending on the unit, on lots of roughly 800 to 1,030 sqm, spread across the Puerta Azul and Primavera sectors — 24 units in total.

Single-family homes start at $450,000: 200 sqm (2,153 sqft), 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, across six lots split between Phase 2, Puerta Azul, and Primavera.

Beachfront villas, on Ocean Avenue, are the project's flagship product: 300 sqm (3,229 sqft), 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, from $1,080,000 — only two lots available (21 and 25), with direct beach access.

The project adds a Beach Club, an oceanfront boardwalk, a yoga and spa area, padel and tennis courts, a marine play area for kids, and a themed structure known as the "Ship's Warehouse".

Any of these options — even the most affordable duplex at $330,000 — clears Panama's Qualified Investor Visa threshold with comfortable margin: permanent residency for anyone investing a minimum of $300,000 in real estate, with funds from abroad deposited in a trust managed by a licensed fiduciary entity in Panama. That $300,000 threshold is permanent (Executive Decree 193 of 2024) — it does not rise over time. It's the fastest immigration category in the country, with processing taking 30 to 60 days.

Pedasí is one of Azuero's best-known coastal destinations, with just over three kilometers of coastline facing the town and up to 55 kilometers of beaches across the district. About 20 kilometers away is Playa Venao, host of two ISA World Surfing championships (2011 and 2012) and today an international reference point for surfers. Just offshore sits Isla Iguana, a protected nature reserve known for white sand, turquoise water, and some of the best snorkeling on Panama's Pacific coast.

Between July and October, the area becomes one of the best spots in the country to watch humpback whales, which migrate from the South Pacific to mate and give birth in warmer waters — tours depart from Playa El Arenal, close to Andrómeda. Pedasí connects to Panama City via Justiniano Montenegro Airport (about a 45-minute flight) or by a multi-hour coastal drive along the Interamericana through the Azuero Peninsula, passing Chitré and Las Tablas.

Pedasí's town center keeps much of its colonial-era architecture — low colorful houses facing the main plaza — and is the hometown of Mireya Moscoso, Panama's first woman president. That mix of a picturesque town, world-class beaches, and a slow pace of life led Panama's Tourism Authority to position Pedasí as one of the country's "wellness" destinations, with a growing offer of yoga, retreats, and holistic health tourism.

For healthcare, the town has a public clinic and a newly completed Minsa-Capsi hospital just outside the center, staffed with several specialists. For more complex care, Hospital Regional de Azuero Anita Moreno is in Las Tablas, about 45 minutes away — the nearest city with broader services, also home to the region's schools (Manuel María Tejada Roca, Presidente Porras, San Francisco de Asís, and C.A.D.I. Bilingual Academy, among others).

Downtown Pedasí has a library, banks, restaurants, and mini-markets — a small town that in recent years has established itself as one of Panama's "wellness" destinations, thanks to its mix of beach, nature, and a slower pace of life. For day-to-day groceries and larger shopping trips, residents typically make the same 45-minute run to Las Tablas, which also serves as the commercial hub for the wider Azuero Peninsula.

"The Sea, Your Home" — the project's tagline.
